YouTube has some great stretches that help with this. Also read that tumeric, Larger doses of D3, and vitamin A help with the inflammation caused by OA.

Why do I never let myself suceed at weightloss? I feel so hopeless, my whole life I've been obese, now doctors are calling it super obese. I am a short person of 5' and 250lbs. Just take it one day at a time don't look at the big picture meal preps and making a grocery list will help a lot also journaling is really good to write things down

Physical Activity When In Pain

For those that suffer pain while walking or even just standing, what have you found that works to get exercise? I can only walk short distances before I suffer severe pain due to OA in my knees. I am not sure whether or not knee replacement is an option I want

I passed out (only twice) in my life from these episodes. Once as a kid, when I was 10 yo. in a store. I got overheated and passed out on the floor. Almost once, at a local baseball game.
