I took it years ago and I found it didn't work for me at all. Gave me an upset tummy but I'm probably one of the few people out there who doesn't stop eating for anything. I love my food and even a bad bout of gut rot won't stop me! lol

Alli blocks your body from absorbing fats. It does work short term. Only problem is that when you pass gas you have an oily discharge. Several years have passed since my husband took it and he continues to have difficulty with bowel movements that "sneak up on him" and it's not pretty. I'm not sure if it is because of the Alli but it started about the same time.

Ugh! Yes. ... Food is soooo yummy. But, I must say, I have found many good, healthy meals that taste great, yet I just can't seem to get the energy to stick with it. For me, it's tiring just thinking about dieting and working out! Dieting takes so much effort in my mind. I have to get over that way of thinking... which I know is possible because I've done it before. This time seems harder though... I just can't quite get that boost of motivation yet. Hopefully it will just click or maybe I'll just get off my big (yet still beautiful) butt and do some exercise and/or plan a healthy meal... or maybe I'll get someone else to do it for me! lol. I can be so lazy sometimes. ;)
