When I was on it I lost around 50 pounds but when I went back to eating I did not eat the right stuff and gain it. I then when on it again because i went for weight loss surgery. It has taken me about 5 year and i finally have lost 100 pounds. How i have done it was my med was change and i was able to get off insulin. The opifast worked good but i was really bad with diabetic and was on to much insulin and i am also a very picky eater so it was hard to eat the proper food

I used it and it was okay. It is best cold I liked the chocolate shake better than the vanilla. I would put cinnamon in it just a couple of shakes from the bottle of cinnamon and would put it in the blinder with ice and then it was good. I wish you luck with it

I used optifast for 2 weeks before surgery I lost 11 kilos. I didn't like the taste of it but it works. 1 fo breakfast a few strawberries ,1 for lunch and a salad, 1 for dinner with veggies ...drink lots of water ...it's worth it 😊
