My fav snack now is sugar snap peas! I can eat them all day long cuz they are sweet, crunchy and healthy!

I love celery or apples slices with peanut butter. I measure out 2 tablespoons of peanut butter . Great snacks. Sometimes put a few raisins on the celery and peanut butter to make ants on a log. lol.

I replaced chips with sweet potato fries, much nicer and much tastier.

Silly little Debbie! 😂
Ladies we can train our bodies to eat anything we want & still make progress with losing weight! I've lost 30lb in 3 months with that method. I never cut sweets out, just didn't eat a lot at once! Drinking tons of water helps a lot too. And then you can have a mix of sweets & healthier options throughout the day & not feel guilty for failing. Because every single little effort is better than none = you will not fail :)
