My daughter just bought us a nutribullet. Now we have fresh spinach, broccoli, frozen berries, strawberry, pineapples with orange juice. It's taste good and it keeps you from snacking all day . I eat a descent meal. And during plenty of water.water. will let you know the results.
I have made lasagna for my family using Zucchini instead of pasta. I used a mandolin to slice zucchini into long thin slices I have to tell you it was delish and is a keeper! My husband does not eat pasta or bread of any kind so I try to make over my recipes to be wheat free! He has gone from a tight 38 waist to a 34 just by iliminating wheat in just a short time! I bought an air fryer for those times when I just need something fried
I eat a less of them. Lol. I have thyroid problems so it's extra hard for me so I haven't been eating a lot of my favorite food.. I really have not wanted them to much... And when I do and can't fight it anymore. I will eat very little of it and add it to my intake for the day
