Frozen strawberries, blueberries in half cup servings.. put them in snack baggies keep them in your freezer and eat them slowly.. water with freshly squeezed lemon, or a small apple cut in quarters and a a sprinkle of cinnamon that should work for those snack attacks!

Brush your teeth because once they feel clean you don't want to snack. Have a cup of ice water so you can chew the ice and fill up.

I get a cup of ice chips, some baby carrots or some low fat yogurt to snack on. My Dr also told me to chew a piece of sugar free gum, but warned me an excess of chewing it can be bloating & gas build up. I started crocheting when I'm bored.. it makes me focus on the yarn, hook & my stitches.
