I have taken Paxil for a long time after being diagnosed with Anxiety and Panic Attacks. I don't believe this medication will help in your weight loss efforts, many drugs in this class often are associated with weight gain. This medication literally gave me my life back. I was Agorphobic. My anxiety is no longer an issue. I am living again. The panic attacks are no longer a concern. It's been a God send for me.
