oh, and water. Always water. hydration is key and sometimes it feels like hunger, but it really is hydration need.

Even if you were the worlds perfect vision of a perfect weight they would still find something to talk about. LIve your life. We are all beautifully and wonderfully made. Dont let anyone or anything steal your joy

I have some mobility issues that I pray are temporary but learned a lesson about staying in hotels. If possible always book a handicap room. I may not need totally but some tubs are very deep and toilets are very low. This proved a big issue last week when I attended a convention.

Prepare for travel by bringing healthy foods with you! Even restaurants will customize it if you ask them to do it!

Drink WATER NOT TEA OR POP ALCOHOL ANYTHING until. You reach your destination. A lot less swelling and bloating .
