its about changing one habit at a time, no one can change the triggers that make us eat all at once, it's about one habit at a time. I have been learning this through my eating plan.

I have a good friend that has put me on to the Paleo lifestyle. I eat pretty much as I please, with a few notable exceptions. No grains, no potatoes, very limited dairy (can't seem to give up yogurt or cheese), no legumes. I love to cook, so I've enjoyed learning new ways to eat well within the rules. We eat a lot of veggies!
