How do you get off couch and get started.

Know you deserve better, you will Feel better.
Know that when you do it yourself, you will be so Proud of yourself.
And you can do it again.
I lost 52 lbs in 3 months and I gained it back.......so I know I can and will do it again.

First get it in your mind I've got to do this and I will...start walking and walking...drink lots of water lay off the tea cokes etc...what works for one may not work for you! It takes time to find the right diet that will work only I think if it as a LIFESTYLE change not the word " diet" good luck

Hi sweetie,you can also do exercises while sitting with light weights,or even food cans.Walking is a real good start.I find a glass of water when I first get up and some stretches gets me going.Also it helps to go to bed and get up the same time each day.I also enjoy praying and devotions to have an amazing day and I tell myself each day that my body is God's Temple so I better get in gear,i have my off days but each morning is a fresh start.I also believe it's important to be in shape spiritually,physically and mentally.God bless,hope this helps

I just got up one day and went for a scenic walk . Put my head phones on and played some upbeat music. Now it is my go to exercise when I am stressed (and have someone to watch my daughter. .lol). Try that and see how it works for you
