If i make a bad choice I dont dwell on it
Im human Im not perfect and instead of getting upset and giving up
I pick myself up, brush myself off and continue on my journey called life

Stop making excuses ...we have learned along time ago how to use that skill to good ..and the bad thing is after a while you believe it. Man when i walk i come up with 100 of them way i cant. I hurt.. its hot..cant beathe...do it later...the truth i am Lazy lazy lazy..do i hurt dang right is it hot yup ...i started out just going to mail box not even 1/3 mile and that was ok i was starting to move.people think walking that have to do miles and miles ...no not at first just move make a goal mail box every day ..for a month or two then i started adding a few steps and more i was bed redden so yes you can. You have to push your self to...u have to realize no one can do it for you... allowing people to feel sorry for you is not going to help it just feeds the fire to being more lazy like they are giving the ok to not walk....no it is that they dont know what to say. Dont start tomorrow get up off your booty and set a goal and do it. You can do it. Proof i walked 3.06 miles today wow started off doing 60 steps...i am here for you..because i need you as much as u need me....hugs

wow Ladies... I am very proud of you... I have been going through therapy for years and have a mentor who has become one of my best friends... we talk everyday... my whole way of life has changed completely in the last 10 years... I don't even recognize myself at all... I have done a 360... yes it was hard to change myself, I had lots of issues with my childhood and adolescent life that had to be let go of... started changing how i see myself and others... practice... lots of practice. Why? because it is called "fake it till you make it". it works, you start creating new habits, forgetting the old habits. It is an emotional trip... but, well worth it in the end. I don't look at the world the same anymore, or myself either. I am thoughtful and kind, i see myself happy and contented for the first time... I feel positive, never negative... I don't get angry and the biggest of all... is listening... I listen to people now... they are interesting, much more so than talking about myself... anyway, good for you... just remember to listen and practice. Becca

Hi Girls... it is Becca... I just want to tell you one thing that I have learned and believe in... that is... "Progress not perfection". we are all human, our God doesn't ask for anything that we cannot give... be kind to yourself and live with this motto.

The first thing I do is to remind myself that I am beautifully and wonderfully made. If I buy an outfit for myself I try it on to make sure it fits right and looks right on me. Every body cannot wear everything. My advice is do whatever makes you feel beautiful
