most bloating isn't caused just by eating, but rather what you are eating. You can actually google foods that cause bloating, and foods that decrease it. "clean" eating is supposed to reduce it, so is the Keto diet (which is super hard to follow), or a cleanse could help.

I deal with this a lot. The only thing I have found to help is a protonix and laxative

I think it depends on what you are eating. I have known some people who have an actual allergy to wheat can see bloating in their stomach region shortly after or even during eating. It could also be gas build up. Do you feel any pains with this bloating?

I have same problem. I drink lactose milk and lactose cheese. After five years can drink small amts normal cheese milk. Found out stress st work
