I was loosing the weight depression set in I gain the weight back , now I have more health problem know then before . Thinking about doing the revision of the surgery. I dont want to gain the weightback. How you keep the weight off. They saybcount your calories, and sugar intake i never learn yje right way of keeping up with thr information.
Great job, Dawn! I am in the process of deciding sleeve or gastric bypass. I need to lose 90 pounds.
When I first had my surgery I lost a good amount of wait, but do to other health issues some of the weight has come back on. Can you have the gastric sleeve surgery again? Now that some of the other health issues are out of the way, I need extra help getting to where I need to go.
Have you followed the diet they gave you before surgery? I got same issue I gained the weight back. I got gastric bypass 2018
Has anyone heard of or tried GOLO? Here I go again looking into weight loss procedures that do not include surgery. If you have any info about it good or bad I would like to learn about it.

Yes I had the lap band in 2013 it failed so I had to get revision to gastric bypass surgery
I had Gastric bypass surgery in August of 2015 and went from 446 to 286 but have stopped losing weight and eat whatever I want how do I get back on track?
I have always wanted to get this done/If I were you remember what you have sacrificed to get the surgery. Don't take it for granted. I hope this helps.

I've been stuggling with my weight for years and hasn't changed and am going to my endocrinologist about my option with the lap band also my current weight is 250lbs my long term goal I want to weigh is 150lbs
I also have been considering surgery. I'm unsure which is the best
I had asked my doctor but she wouldn't put me on all the ones you see on commercials or online but she did put me on metformin , i have lost a bit but now i seem to be at a standstill 🙁
