People always think that because you're overweight that means you overeat. My doctor has actually told me that I need to eat more, but I don't normally have an appetite. I need meal suggestions to help increase my food intake. What can I do? Eating when I'm not hungry makes me nauseous, and my meds suggest I eat.

I've had issues with arch and heel pain since I was 150lbs and about 31-32% body fat. While I wasn't obese, I was overweight then. I'm currently 170lbs and 34-35% body fat according to calipers. I'm considered obese. I was 182lbs and 36% body fat back in early Febuary. Due to my low arches on my feet, if I stand for a long period of time, I get sharp and stabbing pain in my arches, heels, balls of my feet, and sometimes it extends to my knees and shins. I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to my class. I am so very discouraged. It… read more

I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am tired, I eat when I am frustrated. I am constantly eating for reasons other than hunger. How do I stop? It's like it just slips under my radar and next thing I know, I have polished off a whole pie, or cookies or bag of potato chips.
When you find the answer please tell me
Can anyone tell me if they have had true success with this drug? From a food addict stand point? Does it truly take away the pleasure you get from eating?
