Does Anyone Have Any Tried And True Tips Or Advice For Avoiding Nighttime Bingeing?
A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭

This habit is the biggest cause of my weight gain and I can’t seem to stop myself. I would love to learn from anyone who has successfully nipped this behavior in the bud!
