Artificial sweeteners are not good for you. Even if you drink diet soda still has a lot of bad stuff. Is your bread wheat or multigrain. Try Arnold's multigrain.
Soda is horrible on the knees... i literally made the difference in me walking with a cane daily everywhere I went or just when my knees were inflamed.
I can't stop drinking the soda. I did for two months and lost 30 lbs. but got back on it again.
In my experience...Water, water, waterπ. Not only does it quench your thirst but it also curbs cravings.

Yes Thanksgiving is in November but we're supposed to be doing a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!! This would be a great time to get through temptation.

So as we all go down this road known as obesity together, to those of you who go to the gym like I do. My question is this. When you get in a rut (we all get there) what do you do to motivate yourself to get out of the rut?
At least u exercise, only thing I do is walk Round the block or downtown then my sciatica starts acting up.

I eat when I am bored, I eat when I am tired, I eat when I am frustrated. I am constantly eating for reasons other than hunger. How do I stop? It's like it just slips under my radar and next thing I know, I have polished off a whole pie, or cookies or bag of potato chips.

Why is hard for me to not stop eating a lot. I am wanting to lose weight but I keep binge eating. I have a wedding to be at next month
Never denie yourself that leads to benge eating. Also you need to find someone to talk to and find out why you benge eat. Therapy helps if it's nothing more then a confident who you can talk to.
I eat at most twice a day. But usually once. I donβt ray out very much. Maybe once a month. I quit snacks and sodas. The drs said my weight gain is due to the medication I take. Which is a lot. I guess Iβm asking why I one month Iβm 280. And then down to 269. How am I loading it when Iβm not eating different or exercise.
do not cut the meds completely or change the dosage, without talking to your doctor before, cos that can be worst thing for your health.
