I started using sweeteners in the past year and not sure how good they are for us. What kind is the best and which are the worse? I use Stevia or Trivia.

Artificial sweeteners are not good for you. Even if you drink diet soda still has a lot of bad stuff. Is your bread wheat or multigrain. Try Arnold's multigrain.
