I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. YouTube has some great stretches that help with this. Also read that tumeric, Larger doses of D3, and vitamin A help with the inflammation caused by OA.
For those that suffer pain while walking or even just standing, what have you found that works to get exercise? I can only walk short distances before I suffer severe pain due to OA in my knees. I am not sure whether or not knee replacement is an option I want
