For me I do small workouts at home to music my favorite pop artist is Taylor Swift. Alot of people motivate you to do better on that app that I was telling you about stridekick. We motivate each other each day.

I'm active but just being lazy here recently. I have some arthritis but I can still do moderate exercise. I'm going back to my water aerobics class next week. I hope the water is warm.

I am having a hard time just finding the energy and motivation to even start anything. I know what I need to do, i make the plan to do it but then just can't bring myself to get moving. It's like I talk myself out of it before I even get started.

I was doing so well with my weight loss. Actually loss 40+ pounds with nothing but the gym and food regulation. Then a series of events took place that made it impossible to continue my three day a week routine. Yes my family makes sure that I have a car available on Tuesdays and Thursdays but what they don't understand is that because those are the only days I have the car, all of my appointments etc must be scheduled on those days so I can't get back to my class. I don’t weigh daily because my weight fluctuates. I go by how my clothes fit. Right now my pants are just a tad looser but my blouses are really loose. I recommend going by how your clothes fit
