I hate milk. I don't like yogurt. I want something that Yates pretty decent.
try 1 teaspoon Cacao ,2- 3 frozen bananas (they must be cut up and frozen for best results ) 1 cup cold water ,cinnamon ,and blitz up . Delicious morning drink that should keep you satisfied till lunch time.GREAT SMOOTHIE
Maybe try a fruit smoothie with added protein powder.
