Anyone Have Any Advice On Good Shapewear?
A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm often bloated after eating anything & I've been asked if I am pregnant more times than I'd like to remember :/ I'm wanting something to kind of smooth out my tummy area & I can wear everyday but have no idea where to even start looking (brand? style? size?) Is that something you can usually try on at a store? I've assumed it like underwear, just not something you can actually try on before you buy?! lol TIA for any help you might have :)

i get bloated after I eat, too. I find that wearing a simply pantie girdle and a fitted tank top under my clothes help hide my bulge. Just be sure tuck the top in. I also find that dressing to fit my shape helps. In my case, fitted pants, like jeggings, and a loose fitting top- preferably a long one that flares out a bit with an elastic bottom. If you can wear a 2x or 3x, you can usually find these items at your local Walmart or similar store.
