I weigh myself every morning at 7:30am, before i've eaten or had anything to drink. And after i've used the restroom. :) I find that weighing in daily keeps me motivated and on track,

I don’t weigh daily because my weight fluctuates. I go by how my clothes fit. Right now my pants are just a tad looser but my blouses are really loose. I recommend going by how your clothes fit

I weigh and measure myself the first Monday of each month.
When dressed. Why? Because we're not in the buff getting weighed in a Dr's office or elsewhere. Also, keep in mind, when weighed elsewhere, there's a good 6 pounds difference, but their scales is what they will put your weight as 'on record'. This does not make your own record-keeping at home any less true. Trust your measurements. Your clothing sizes.
