I'm getting great results with taking 1 teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar or white distilled vinegar before and after each meal. I started seeing results around 6 weeks.
Consult your Doctor before taking any medications or remedies. Everyone have different reactions. I'm praying for your strength and you have a wonderful goodnight.

Re: apple cider vinegar, I like to take it as a shot. But I do one tablespoon of ACV mixed in a shot glass of water. I take it back trying not to taste it, as it’s quite pungent. Then I chase it w/ a glass of water. It’s especially good to do this before high carb, fat, or sugary meals!
