Getting Off Track

I had Gastric bypass surgery in August of 2015 and went from 446 to 286 but have stopped losing weight and eat whatever I want how do I get back on track?

I have always wanted to get this done/If I were you remember what you have sacrificed to get the surgery. Don't take it for granted. I hope this helps.

Hey your height at 200 lbs is not a bad thing. I am over that and only 5 2.

How are you doing? I too had RNY gastric bypass, 5 years ago today. The first 3 or so years I was able to keep the weight off. Not so now. I had gotten down to 140, I am 5'8" tall. That was too much loss. But I have regained way to much. I am currently at 200lbs!!!! I am disgusted with myself. I might just try this one week reset diet above.
