It raised my Blood Pressure to the point that I am now on Amlodipine!! I hate taking it. I hope I can get off it.

sorry, I don't know what that is... but welcome to the site... I do have treatments that are available, that are not medical medicine, but work great to get your blood pressure down... let me know, if you would like a way to threat this in a more organic specialized way... It works, and you will start seeing the effect almost instantly.

can you still take the B 12 shots and follow your calorie intake?

Yes I have, and it raised my Blood Pressure to the point that my Doc put me on meds. The weight loss PA wanted me to continue the Phentermine and the B-12 shots even though my BP was high. They tried to convince me that if I lose the weight with their methods I would be able to lose the weight and eventually come off of the BP meds. I was afraid of having a stroke or heart attack. Confused Now on what I should do!!!! The shots gave me energy and I had to follow a plan that gave me a certain amount of calories and protein to consume a day.
