A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have lost and gained so much weight. My problem is my legs, arms, butt(flat Butt) face are fine, but my lower stomach is terrible. when I go to get clothes everywhere fits except around my lower stomach.
Is the only way is to have it removed?

Continue with exercise and maybe have surgery down the line. I find with mine is if i don't take a shower everyday and wash the crevice area i get start of yeast infection. All the powder doesn't help only washing the area twice a day.

I'm with you, the flabby belly has got to go, but I am totally allergic ( : ( ) to surgery. I've seen different exercises, but a PT person told me that once that stomach muscle is stretched out, it is hard to get back to smaller. It might take awhile, but exercises for that lower belly could help.
