I tried a couple of these over the years. Would lose a few pounds but mostly lost money as I've had to use so many steriods with my asthma that it just don't work. Also thyrod issues don't help. Back a few years I did Dr. Phil Ultimate Weight Loss program and did lose 120 pounds in 9 months. I am happy to say that 5 years later I've only regained 15 of that. I have tried it again but could not get started then discovered that me thyrod meds are all messed up. Working to get that situation fixed but still have use of steriods so not sure where to go at this point.

I had gastric bypass surgery in 1996
I weighed 325.After 2 years, I had lost150 and maitained it for several years until i got an ulcer and only had 50% of the bypass gone i wound up gaining half the weight back and kust couldn't lose it. My Doctor introduced me to the Medifast program . I am not 100% on the program because i am human and make mistakes but 3 years later i am down 90 lbs. I am a compulsive overeater and eat when stressed Over the last 3 yrs i lost both parents and everything i owned in a fire and maintained my weight loss
