I do not have any certain recipes, but I do have some healthy ways of doing the Holidays. Use whole wheat crackers, bread, and flour instead of white. I do use real butter bc it is better for baking. You can also use applesauce instead of oil in cake mixes, brownies and such. The key to Holiday enjoyment of food is to have a small amount of all the different foods you like. This way you can taste all of it with out overdoing it. Also I do make an ambrosia that is to die for! It is all fruit no sugar added. That recipe I can share. It is fruit so it does turn to sugar but it is a healthy sweet to enjoy. I start with some sweetened Shredded coconut just a regular sized bag. Dump it in, then cut several strawberries. add them into your big bowl slice some grapes in half add them. I use at least 2 naval oranges. Peel them and take the hard parts of the roughage out and any seeds. pull apart the orange meat into smaller sections or little chunks and make sure you let the orange juice fall into the bowl as you peel it and pull it all apart. the citric acid keeps the other fruits from browning also adds some sweetness. Like to add some cherries now. I use the maraschino cherries from a jar. With this you can add as much or as little of each fruit its your choice but I just guess at it and basically try to keep an even amount of fruit spread throughout the bowl. Now we can add the apples. I like certain apples. You can use the ones of your choice. I like to use a big red apple and one more of another kind but cannot recall which kind sorry!! but at least 2 apples. Dice these apples up small. The peeling can be left on or off your call just be sure to slice it and dice it up real small/tiny. Finally you can add a few bananas. Some where in the mix you need to add a can of crushed pineapple. I think that is all. You need to mix it well so all of the juices from all of the fruits get all over each other. It is so good. Then refrigerate. serve cold. It is all natural so it is a great treat.

Ever year at Christmas when my daughter was a little girl we always made a 🎂Birthday cake for Jesus that is how I taught my daughter the meaning of christmas! My daughter is 31 now but I still make a cake! The only difference is I use a sugar free cake mix and don't put the oil or eggs in it! I put A diet Pepsi in it and that is all I put in it and then bake it like it tells you on the package and I first it with the sugar free frosting! I make stuffing I put diet butter in it and in my mash potatoes also and some of them hard of gravy has a lower fat kind.I have turkey breast I bake I make my own biscuit and I use diet butter in them also instead of grease! I also have lots of veggies!

I make dinosaur eggs.
1 dozen eggs, 3, and 1/2 lbs pork, or pork sausage , and 5 cups crushed up Corn flakes cereal.
To prepare:
Boil, cool, peel, clean.
Take the meat and mold it arould the egg until you don't see the egg.
Some people like alot of meat, some like just enough to hide the egg.
Then roll them in the cereal crumbs.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Remember to cut them in half to reheat them in the microwave or they WILL explode.
