Walking n believe or not drinking enough water.I'm type 2 as well. I use to go a lot. But now I drink throughout the day n cut off after a certain time at night. Works very good for me.

My Lymphedema wraps are working for me. I thought all fluid was water fluid. But, there are different type fluids. And, are all treated different. That's why my water pills were not working. So, glad I am now getting help.
