How Do U Stop Yourself From Eating After 7?

I love to eat at night time! I dont really eat in the morning it makes me feel sick. I know odd and its prob all in my head. But i am not at morning person lol Once all the kids are asleep i like to go crazy! I hind this eating from my hubby. I just dont know how to change my mind set.

I usually dont even eat anything til late afternoon. I cant eat in the morning either, I never have. Keep things in the fridge that you can eat without guilt for your night time snacks. I like a cold crisp apple, fruit, raw cabbage, things like that. I have to have it ready to grab because if its any work at all to prepare it I will grab chips or something I shouldn't have. good luck. I struggle with night eating too

I just eat a big meal before 6. Then I drink juice or water. Its a learning lesson. You don't stop over night. Then before you know it you will have stopped eating at 6. Before I learned this I ate breakfast at 6.a.m. snack. Lunch at 1 snack and, dinner at 5 and, about 15snacks lol lol. But, now I can hang on there. It's day by day.

Night eating is my issue too. After a busy day it's like I deserve it. Now I keep water or green tea with my and when I want to eat, I have a drink but..... I have to be conscious of it or I will eat.... Junk

You are not alone in not wanting to eat in the morning. It makes me vaguely nauseous, too. But I do eat after I've been up 2 or 3 hours. Just a very late breakfast.

I'm trying to stop eating after 7 too. I've been eating like crazy because I can. I'm not even hungry. I'm happy and I love food. All of this is coming to an end. Since this pandemic and benge watching tv, the refrigerator and I have become best friends. I'm getting back on track I was doing so well. It's hard but my health is more important😍
