How Many Suffer With Lymphedema.

Do you suffer from Lymphedema in the lower parts of your body? Do you have Elephant Legs?
( That is where the skin gets thick and can sometimes overlap ).

Ladyj412000 would you mind sharing the name of the machine that you use on your legs? I know someone personally who really needs help with lymphedema in the legs. Thank you.

I too suffer from this. To ride in the car for more than an hour or sitting any length of time will add to the inflamation and cause extreeme pain. It is such a struggle to get this weight off....I am trying so hard with little results. Iam going to try different and not harder and see if this helps. I use Desitin on my legs when they get real bad. I also try to keep compression socks on them. Is there anything else some of you use who suffer from this?

My dear first cousin has this. Do not know much about this condition but from what I seen I am very concerned for her and her children. There legs are shaped like hers also. Is this something that can be hereditary?
