I too suffer from this. To ride in the car for more than an hour or sitting any length of time will add to the inflamation and cause extreeme pain. It is such a struggle to get this weight off....I am trying so hard with little results. Iam going to try different and not harder and see if this helps. I use Desitin on my legs when they get real bad. I also try to keep compression socks on them. Is there anything else some of you use who suffer from this?

My cousin who is a nurse told my cousin that it is a good idea to have your legs elevated several times a day.

I never heard of elephant legs but I use to work with a lady who had elephant Titus I'm not sure what that is she had told me but she passed years ago due to cancer

My dear first cousin has this. Do not know much about this condition but from what I seen I am very concerned for her and her children. There legs are shaped like hers also. Is this something that can be hereditary?
