I am so glad! There is so much pressure to be thin in our culture, but so much misinformation that only causes weight gain. Based on everything I have read the diet that seems to have the best results for the most people for long term is Mediterranean diet. However I do a low FODMAP diet (close to mediterranean but more restrictive) with a combo of eating for your blood type. I have had a lot of success.

Keto is good for short term weight loss. After six months max the weight loss will stop if not reverse depending on which version of keto you are doing. I have read 53 studies on this and 71% say the same thing. Keto is not a healthy long term life style. Please be careful. Some keto diets are very dangerous and leads to all sorts of diseases!
