I am 6.1ft and weigh 401lbs
My daily diet consists of:
10 glasses of water
Morning - Oats / Muesli & Yogurt
Lunch - Chicken Breast / Fish with Steamed Veg
Dinner - 3 Cracker bread / Rice Cakes with Plain Cottage cheese and cucumber
I train 5 days per week. Each session would be:
10min Treadmill Walk (1/2 mile)
10min Row
10min upright cycle (3.5 miles)
10min body shaker
In Total if I add up what the machines tell me I burn +- 400 Calories per session.

I need total hip replacement on my left hip, it is bone one bone severe arthritis. I have seen a couple of orthopedic surgeons in our area (northern Michigan--Traverse City, Charlevoix area) and they will not perform the surgery for me until my BMI is 40 or below. I have arthritis in my back that has been treated with injections. I've even had the nerve endings in the L3-L5 region in my back burned and had a cortisol shot in my s1 region.
