I’m so sorry to hear about all of your pain! Trust me I’m one in the number but since I’m losing weight; I can already tell a positive difference! My body feels some better! No it didn’t take away all of the pain but it helped! I’m so thankful! This itself will keep me pushing to lose more! No it’s not easy but it’s way better than giving up and added more weight to make the situation even worse!!

Continue to hold on because your BEST is yet to come!! Continue to fight!!! I’m proud of you!!!

Yes I got an injection in my right knee he didn't do the other one because I'm gonna have knee replacement surgery soon I'm doing the pre surgery things that they want me to do now I just can't wait till it's over he does want me to loose 10 more lbs which I lost some of it already
I'm still in pain but I'm just dealing with it because I want this surgery done with and yes my injections don't last long because my knees are severe and badly damaged there is nothing that can be done except surgery I've been dealing with this pain for so long I kinda just get use to it some days are worser than others
I hope your Sunday is going well I'm doing some housework little by little I'll get it done

I was told that Order for me to have me replacement surgery II would have to lose weight. I have an appointment to see a weight loss doctor this week. Plus I've already had injections which lasts a few days.
