Weight Loss Medications:
- Semaglutide (Wegovy)
- Liraglutide (Saxenda)
- Phentermine/Topiramate (Qsymia)
- Orlistat (Alli/Xenical)
- Naltrexone/Bupropion (Contrave)
- Setmelanotide (Imcivree)

Each option works differently and carries its own risks and benefits. Surgery is typically recommended when lifestyle changes and medications haven't been effective enough.

The best approach is always a conversation with a doctor who specializes in obesity medicine — they can help figure out which path makes the most sense for your specific situation and health needs.

I had gastric sleeve in July 2019. I got pregnant in 2021 and now am back at my previous to sleeve weight. It’s so disheartening. I can’t get insurance to approve GLP1 or I have to pay $200 plus for it. We are a family of 8 and I can’t afford it

Please don't get discouraged because you can get back to where you were just remember how you did it at first. Take small steps, small adjustments to your eating habits. Don't try to do it all at one time I find that is my downfall.

I have realized on my journey to lose weight, I had to adjust my eating habits, by changing what I eat, when I eat and how much I could eat. I didn't have to stop eating anything, but everything is in moderation. If you think back maybe you can see where you went wrong that made you gain your weight back. You have to make those changes. I know they are imperative for me to stay on track.
