I don't eat breakfast. Even when I'm awake during breakfast hours, I feel like my stomach is still a sleep and not ready for food. I get sick most of the time. I already struggle most days to eat two meals a day, but I need to get up to three meals a day. What can I do for breakfast that won't make me feel sick?
How about yogurt and fruit parfait?
Workout? Low carb? Low cal? Calorie deficit?

I am an emotional eater. It's part of the way I was raised, and whenever I feel happy or sad, I seem to turn to food. Sometimes I feel the need to eat when I'm bored. I can have just finished a meal and then 15 minutes later, I'll feel the need to eat more.

I eat a meal and like an hour later I feel like I have not eaten in hours. I have also woken up in the middle of the night feeling like I am starving and of course all of this is making me gain a lot of weight. I have just moved and I am in the process of getting a new doctor. Any ideas why I would suddenly feel like this, what I can do, what kind of doctor I should see, tests that should be done. Any help would be so appreciated.
Sorry I didn't realize I had already posted earlier.
I'm wondering if this can be done after a roux en y bypass?
Me too. I take Lebothyroxine
The doctor told me that I shouldn't focus on the aerobic classes per say but that I should just start off by walking laps in the pool and work my way up.
