I believe I am looking for high protein and lower carbs. If anyone has something else to suggest feel free I am open to almost anything. But I am a very picky eater
I was told 30 gram of protein per meal as few carbs as possible lots of non starchy veggies and fruit to be minimal. As there is sugar and carbs in fruit.
i think i remember my gastric bypass surgeon saying 70 grams of protein daily

I avoid carbs as much as possible.
