Stir-fry is a healthy balanced option . I do one at least once a week. I sub cauliflower rice in these for the white rice. Lower carb and lower calories. One can use any source of protein and veggies of your choice. This one I used shrimp and scrambled eggs.

I'm a big fan of bowls because they allow me to combine diverse, healthy, and filling foods into one delicious meal (in small portions!). For this bowl, I used quinoa as the base, topped with grilled chicken for protein, and added cucumbers (or sometimes roasted sweet potatoes), pickled onions, tomatoes, and chickpeas for a variety of flavors and textures. Sometimes, I add a bit of goat cheese for creaminess. Lastly, I drizzle it all with either balsamic vinegar or fat-free/sugar-free honey mustard, depending on what I have available. Mixing it all together creates a well-balanced and tasty dish that's both satisfying and nutritious! 😊🥗
Stuffed zucchini. Salad greens . Green olives are great source of healthy fats. Cheese adds some dairy and protein.
It’s always good to ask a dietitian. I eat keto so it’s not balanced. Hopefully there’s a resource on here.
