My trainer was on leave for on leave for 3 months, then my dance trainer went on leave, my yoga instructor quit and became a baker and my circuit trainer moved to Alaska and I got bored with belly Dance. you have a lot of activity in your life - be sure you are getting sufficient protein in you diet - i ran into an issue where i was over exercising and actually losing protein/muscle mass - and muscles burn more calories than fat tissue so really focus there and really try hard to ditch the cookies and chips...know that is hard - for me sweets are the toughest

Yeah. But.....We got the best of the best urban ballroom instructor in MI to fill in for Kevin until fall. I do 4 bottles (16.8 oz's) a day most days more than that). I can see the changes in my face and my bust. But Lucy...my scale ain't budging. Maybe this week. But thanks.
