What Is Everybody's Thoughts On Dairy Products?

Some people say dairy products like cheese, yogurt and cottage cheese are healthy. Others say it's too much fat. Any thoughts on this?

I use whole milk, regular Tillamook medium cheddar cheese, regular yogurt etc. My opinion is the more we have processed a food the unhealthier it is to our bodies. However, because of disabilities I do not move well so I limit my use. I dont drink milk but I will use it as an ingredient, same with cheese and yogurt. I can get milk raw fresh from the dairy however I don't trust that the milker was thorough in cleaning the bag and teats. So yo the store I go! I use real butter, not margarine. But once again I can not allow myself to be wild and crazy. Moderation.

Moderation in all things. Stay close to the real thing. The less processed the better.
