Yes. She did help. I went about 5 times then stopped going. Just too lazy. But I stayed on her low carb diet. Lost 33 lbs

Yes, she set me up with the myfitnesspal app, It's all about calories, the less you take in the more you lose, She said a calorie is a calorie. If you are on a 1700 calorie intake and you want to eat 1700 all ice cream you can. Nutritional wise its unhealthy but it's still a calorie. I also stopped going but I still count caloris and I have lost 22lbs

I'm supposed to see one soon. My goals are managing my blood sugars and losing weight. It's a good idea to know what you want to do, so you can ask the right questions.

Does anyone know if a nutritionist is covered by Medicare and Medicaid? I have Uh community plan.
