I take Garcinia cambogia, but not like the package says.
I take 1 pill in the morning with a 1\4 cup of hot water, with 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp. honey.do this before you eat or drink anything.
I lost 52 lbs. In 3 months!!!

I don't walk well, I have no knees left, just bones. So I love to swim.....I should have been a mermaid of sorts. I swim four times a week at our health center's indoor pool. But before we moved here where the pool is, I talked to the mgr. of one of the hotels in our area, and asked if I could swim in the morning....and I'd pay him $20 a month for 12 days....as long as I wanted, and they even had a shower. It was great.
