I had the R-N-Y surgery almost 15 yrs ago, I had gained about 60lbs back so I have made the decision to start drinking 2-3 protein drinks a day and cut carbs down to no more then 50 grams a day. I have been doing this since April and I have lost nearly 20lbs. I'm not going to stop until I'm back to my goal weight. I hope this may help.

I use Garcinia cambogia just Not like the package says.
I take one pill with 2 tsps. of apple cider vinegar and a tsp. of honey in hot water.
I googled how much water for a woman over 50. They say 9 cups of water per day.
11 cups for men.
If you have severe Osteoporosis like me, I have to drink more milk as well (4 cups a day).
That's not included in what you get from over foods.
