Did you know that CARBS are also FRUIT VEGETABLES, PULSES, AND CEREALS. The processed carbs are the ones to be wary of. These are, cake, pasties, icecream, bread, and of course those so called health drinks.
Remember each can of Coke has 17 teaspoons of sugar in every 700 ml can. Even some of those breakfast have too much sugar and also too much sodium, (salt)

After 25 years, post Weight Loss Surgery and 60kg stable all these years, I'm always ON TRACK. I'm on auto pilot. Eat what I like to the exclusion of a very few things, plus observing portion control I do just fine.
Exercise is a biggie. But I found one that I love and do everyday with my better half.
Rock and Roll. It sure is fun and a great cardio workout.

Carbs make you fat, Carbs make you want more carbs. I see myself walking around looking for more carbs to eat. I don’t know yet if I will need my left eye operated. We live on south Florida and it’s quite hot. Hoping to get cooler here. Wanting to walk again.
