Has anyone heard of or tried GOLO? Here I go again looking into weight loss procedures that do not include surgery. If you have any info about it good or bad I would like to learn about it.
I have never heard of it. Look into weighdown online with Gwen Shamblin. It really works and isn't a diet.
Yes I had I had gastric surgery the name of the one I had was the gastric sleeve which only reduces the size of your stomach of course the stomach stretches if you eat too much but it just helps you maintain the level of food you should take and it's also a battle of the mind so you need to get your mind straight along with your body so that you maintain the weight loss exercise is also part of it and you always look at it we have to exercise so it work for me I've lost a hundred pounds I like to loose a little bit more but it's taken some time and worked. My friends did it and it's work really good but it is a battle of the mind so it's up to you and your decisions and what works for you. GOOD LUCK.
Hello I understand the feeling . I looked for years into weight loss in everyway. Pills , fasting, starving, Yes, working out, working late, staying out of my house, powder drinks even flax see. But nothing worked for me. So I felt surgery was the only way to push me in the direction i needed to go. It's not the solution for everyone but a push for me to get on track to bettering my life, and it worked for ME. I did go to many surgery seminars at different hospitals 4 years until I made up my mind and I thought I found the one that would work for me. This was the beginning of my Journey that will take the rest of my life.
Wish I could get the call and have gastric sleeve... With covid and the cancellations it seems hopeless.
Urgent surgeries and care are #1.
