You have amazing self control. If I bake something it will end up in my mouth! I try not to have food in my house that is not healthy so I cannot cheat. That really helps me. However a cheat once a week is good. I cannot deny myself a treat now and again or I will end up binging.

Believe it or not I manage stress by cooking or baking. I'm extremely comfortable and at home in the kitchen I love to bake cookies muffins you name it and then I am very relaxed and calm down after a bad day. And then I give it away I don't eat it I don't even test it test eat it. I just give it away tell my friends and my neighbors I find it that relaxing to be in the kitchen.

ummm... I love music as well... and I like piano music as well also... I go to sleep with music... it is so soothing for me... I have a hard time sleeping, but a massage from my husband (strong hands) from a natural healing cream called Pain Be Gone, muscle rub with Arrica...it can be found in the health store and is from a product from Back to Earth. Also when I was waiting for a bus, the store beside me had a diagram on the window of foot massage and all the things that you are suffering from can be controlled with someone following these principals... from insomnia, headaches, different organs in your body, I am going to try it... there is even a place for shoulders, and other parts of the body that hurt... I will try to find out what kind of person and where they are to do this type of work on your feet. Xoxo Becca

Music is soothing to the soul, which is why David played the harp! As for me, I enjoy playing soft piano music in the evenings because it helps relax me after a long day. I usually play it next to my bed also when I am falling asleep.

that sounds so good Trixie... those are some of my favorite as well... when I am unwinding after work, I have to sit down for about an hour to relax... I come to this site and listen and write, I also play games on my Facebook and I watch TV... I have 3 cats, so I also play with them... they also need their exercise a day, about 20 minutes, so I take that time to play with their feather bird, swinging it in air for them to improve their pouncing skills and get their little legs moving... so actually we all do our exercises here in my house... music has to be my best way of unstressing... I have itunes and my favorite singers that I love listening to and I plug in my ears and play my music, and I swear, I can feel the tension leaving my body... I really enjoy it.

A good prayer, a good walk outside in the fresh air and listening to my favorite music really helps me to unwind and deal with high stress.
