My friend, she started out as my cousilor but that was 3 years ago. She's more like a second mom to me now. She thinks on the new diet I started yesterday that I'm starving myself. I eat 4 90 calorie snack a day ( 1 every 2-3 hours) 1 500 calorie lean an green meal ( 2 peices of chicken and a cup of green beans) coming out to about 860 calories a day. Do you guys think I'm starving myself? I just feel like this is the only way I'm ever going to loose weight
That is a very good question... and Happy Birthday! When you are picking a diet for yourself... you definitely, need to have your food groups covered and realize what foods give you that full feeling and how to eat them in the right order... on this diet, you will definitely lose weight... be sure that at least once every two week you need to have a break from the diet... that day, don't overdue it, but eat some of the things that you are craving, it is called a cheat day... If you like pasta, burger and fried, Chinese food, etc... go ahead and eat it, but start your diet again the next day... your body will lose weight but, sometimes with the choices you have made, you will get craving for carbohydrates and snacks etc... you have made some good choices, one thing I would change for your diet, would be to split your protein for the day... chicken, fish, red meat, no processed meats... to your mid-day lunch, and with your dinner... Protein is what gives you energy and it will help you not get a headache from the lack carbohydrates in your diet... If I can help.... let me know.
have you ever hear of the Keto 14 day diet... look it up... I have been been trying to try this diet and it has been working.... unless you want do not really have the senior situation... , I cannot tell tell what to do this is a prohibitoryr ware.
