What has helped me in the past is finding the one thing that will help you lose weight even if your not motivated. Several ways that worked for me was one joining the local church. They had an exercise room and we would challenge each other. It was fun! Also, I found these dance routines on You Tube for The Greatest Showman and they broke them down. I decided I want to try it and never thought of it as exercise because it was about learning the dance moves. My greatest motivator is not motivation it is music. I don't have to do anything except turn on music. That has me moving and moving helps lose weight. It may help you clean, exercise or simply just sing to brighten your mood. So, music is a motivator for me when I am not in the mood or I have that I don't care attitude.

Put a picture of a dress you want to get into or it can be a certain style of clothing on your refrigerator & also a picture of it on your bathroom mirror, just put a picture in several places and constantly seeing your FAVORITE MOTIVATION will always be pushing & surrounding you and guiding you to stay focused
This is exactly how I feel as well. Some days I wake up feeling like I can conquer the world and I’ve got this and by the afternoon, I’ve thrown in the towel. Sometimes it’s days and sometimes it’s weeks, but I can never be consistent.
