How Do You Go About Weightloss When Your Medicine Makes It Hard To Lose Weight?
A MyObesityTeam Member asked a question 💭

My medicines I am on makes me keep the weigh on. I am trying to figure out how to go about getting the pounds off. I am on a low carb diet already. What type of exercise should I be doing. I am starting back walking now that winter is over.

if you want a substitute for sugar... it is Stevia... you can also buy Pop, Ginger ale which has Stevia in it... you can also buy it in single shots or in a bag of sugar or in the liquid form... try it... it is all natural from a plant and has no calories or artificial anything to make it not safe.

You are doing an awesome job with walking.....I too have been on medications that one of the biggest side effects is May cause weight gain and boy did it ever cause it. I think walking will be a great help, if you can do burst of getting your heart rate up that will be even better like walk a tad bit faster for say one minute then back to your normal pace to catch your breathe then back a bit faster ever now and then. That's what I do, and it seems to be working for me. Just a little information not a reccomendation. Hope it helps you out.

Drinking water has helped me. I was never one for drinking water so I bought myself a infusion picture. I put all different fruits that I like in it. Like lemon or apples. I did not think I could lose weight because of meds but I did join Weight watchers and have been able to. Walking is great exercise. I said when I first started on here ages ago now I wanted to join our local YMCA and use the pool. Waiting for nicer weather here so I can drive myself there. Also they have other equipment if you are able to use it. I have to be careful I have some back issues and get back spasms. So I mostly walk. Today it was so nice out we went for a 3 mile walk with our dog Missy. She was so happy to finally get out for a nice walk.
