I find after a full day I snack for comfort and relaxation. I need to break this habit
1 medium pickle is about 785 mg of sodium. But you know at this time of year with hot weather, sometimes sodium is needed. Sodium & potassium helps when you sweat a lot & helps replace electrolytes that water can't always give you.
Don't go grocery shopping alone..or at least never shop when ur hungry!!!...your less likely to buy the undesirable food that way... Buy only what u should... Get creative on what you make.. try new foods... I use to hate cabbage, omgosh now it's my every bfast thing!!! On a low/no carb diet.. if you want to try my recipe let me know... I've got TONS of good recipes that are working for me...ok where was I???? Oh ya!..the longer you do one good thing towards starting ur desires path the easier it becomes a new habit... I'm lecturing arnt I?? Ok sorry..

hmmm pickles like dill pickles from a jar? is kinda salty, one reason I don't eat it. but I heard a friend of mine said that they sell fried pickle at a restaurant lol I would not do it ...what can you do to substitute pickle for something else? :)
